Swiss stone pine enhances the quality of your sleep. Through the release of it’s essential oils it reduces the heart rate and relaxes the full body and ciruclation. Thanks to the mouldability of the spelt husks, the pillow supports the cervical spine, so the back and neck can relax, easing muscle tensions and pains.  Addtionally, the great air circulation properties of the spelt helps to reduce night sweating.

The added handful of very small natural quartz and amethyst pearls bring clarity, inner peace and harmony.

 

Organic and sustainable

The pillow case is made of 100% organic cotton satin (GOTS, Demeter) and includes a zipper to refill and adjust the filling.

Refilling

The filling volume reduces over time. This product includes a refill kit with (250g pine shavings and spelt chaff), with which you can refill your pillow at the desired time according to your needs.
Tipps

At first the pillow rustles. This rustling subsides with time. For some people it takes time to get used to the new swiss stone spelt pillow. It is worth it.

In order for your Swiss stone pine pillow case to retain its scent for a long time, put it outside on a rainless night so that it can absorb enough moisture and then smell more. A handful of Swiss stone pine shavings from the refill kit also brings a fresh scent.
